Christine Catalogna, Data Insights Coordinator

Christine Catalogna has worked at Joseph and Florence Mandel Jewish Day School since 2009. She has taught second grade and also serves as the Language Arts Department Head for the Lower School. She began her career at Mandel JDS as a student teacher in 3rd grade. Prior to that, Christine graduated from the University of Virginia in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Cognitive Science. She went on to earn an M.A.Ed. and K-12 Reading Endorsement from Ursuline College’s Master Apprenticeship Program in 2009. Christine currently works as an Academic Coach for grades 4-6 and as the Data Insights Coordinator, responsible for fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making across the school. Working with students is Christine’s true passion in life and she is grateful for the opportunity to inspire young minds every day. In her spare time, Christine loves reading books, swimming, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
