Maddie Kantin, Lower School Teacher

Maddie Kantin is so excited to join Joseph and Florence Mandel Jewish Day School, as a first grade teacher, starting in fall 2025! She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and PK-5 Education from Kent State University. Maddie has worked at Camp Gan Izzy, Park Day Camp, and served as president of Chabad at Kent State. She traveled to Israel this past summer for the third time, strengthening her personal and spiritual connection to the Jewish homeland. When she’s not teaching, Maddie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
